Below we set out the rules for the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy of people using the www.onevofloor.com website.

If, in connection with the use of the Website, we obtain your personal data, we (FF Serwis Sp.z o.o.) are the controller of your data, unless it is clearly indicated otherwise. 

1.    For what purpose and on what basis do we use personal data? 

We will use the personal data obtained on the Website for the following purposes: 

1) enabling registration on the Website and using it, on the terms set out in the Website regulations (legal basis: Article 6 (1) b) of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, the so-called GDPR, we will refer to this basis for short as "contract performance"); 

2) fulfillment of our legal obligations. We will use the data needed to fulfill legal obligations: 

i) for the duration of the performance of these obligations (legal basis: art.6 par.1 c) GDPR; we will refer to this as a "legal obligation"); 

ii) for the period in which the regulations require us to store data (legal basis: legal obligation); or 

iii) for the period in which we can suffer the legal consequences of non-performance, e.g. receive a financial penalty from state offices (legal basis: Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR; we will refer to this ground as "our legitimate interest"); 

3) to establish, defend and pursue claims, including between us and entities cooperating with us - for the period after which the claims expire (legal basis: our legitimate interest); 

4) detecting and combating abuses when using the Website and ensuring the security of the Website - for the duration of using the Website, and then for the period after which the claims resulting from such use expire, and in the event of our pursuing claims or notifying the competent authorities - for the duration of such proceedings (legal basis: our legitimate interest); 

5) direct marketing - until you object (legal basis: our legitimate interest); 

6) support for the Website service, including by informing about failures, collecting information about your evaluation of the Website, adjusting the service based on, inter alia, o data on the way you use the Website or our offer that you use - for the duration of the use of the Website (legal basis: our legitimate interest); 

7) creating compilations, analyzes and statistics for our internal needs; this includes, in particular, reporting, marketing research, service or network development planning, development work in IT systems, creating statistical models (e.g. regarding the effectiveness of customer acquisition) - for the period during which we store your data for other purposes indicated in this information (basis legal: our legitimate interest); 

For the above-mentioned purposes (in addition to the purpose of "contract performance" and "compliance with legal obligations"), we will perform profiling, i.e. automated analysis of your data and the development of predictions about preferences or future behavior (e.g. in the case of marketing profiling, we can adjust advertising messages to your needs by using the information available to us about your behavior and preferences). 

If you give a different consent to the use of your data, the content of this consent will define the purpose for which we will process the data. 

Data on logging in to the Website may be used for the purposes of using individual services available on the Website, including the services of other entities available on the Website.

2.    Which personal data should you provide us?

In accordance with the rules adopted by us, for registration on the Website, we require certain data (without providing them, you cannot create an account on the Website). In addition, we may ask for optional data that do not affect the registration (but may, for example, facilitate the adaptation of the Website to your needs or improve our contact). Providing data is not a statutory obligation.

d. our partners who provide their services on the Website - if you express your will to order their services,

e. entities providing us with advisory, consulting, auditing services, legal, tax and accounting assistance, as well as research agencies acting on our behalf;

Our subcontractors will process data only for the purposes specified by us, which are described above. The transfer of data to these entities may take place when you provide this data during registration, and also later, for the time during which we store your data regarding the use of the Website.

b) other data controllers processing data on their own behalf:

a.our agents, advertising agencies and entities cooperating in the organization of marketing campaigns or in customer service - in order to settle the remuneration due to them;

b. entities operating postal or courier;

c. entities cooperating with us in handling accounting, tax and legal matters - to the extent that they will become the data administrator.

4.    Will your personal data go outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?

We may decide to transfer data outside the EEA - only to the extent permitted by law. Currently, we do not transfer data outside the EEA.

5.    Your rights

You can submit a request (regarding personal data) to us for:

• rectification (correction) of data;

• deletion of data processed unreasonably or placed on our websites;

• limitation of processing (suspension of data operations or non-deletion of data - as required by the submitted application);

• access to data (for information about the data processed by us and for a copy of the data);

• transfer of data to another data controller or to you (to the extent specified in Article 20 of the GDPR).

To be sure that you are entitled to submit an application, we may ask for additional information that will allow us to authenticate you.

6.    Right to object

Regardless of the rights listed above, you can object to the processing of your data (including profiling) at any time for the purposes of direct marketing. After accepting the request in this matter, we are obliged to stop processing data for this purpose.

In special situations, you may at any time object to the processing of your personal data (including profiling) by us, if the basis for the use of data is our legitimate interest or public interest.

In such a situation, after considering your request, we will no longer be able to process the personal data covered by the objection on this basis, unless we prove that there are:

• valid and legitimate grounds for data processing which are deemed by law to override your interests, rights and freedoms, or

• grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims.

7.    Agreed

If the use of your personal data by us is not necessary for the performance of the contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation or does not constitute our legitimate interest, we may ask for your consent to certain ways of using your data. Such consent may allow, for example, to share data with other entities for the purposes of their promotional campaigns or to automatically make decisions based on your data and at your request.
